Evaluation of the International Training Program in Plant Breeding & Seed Production. An alumni seminar was attended by  28 participants from 13 countries in Africa, Central Asia and Latin America, 31st October-2nd November 2012,  in order to evaluate the last five programs ( 2007/08-2011/12) and visits were made to the employers of the Cambodian participants.

  •   How the participants’ have improved their managerial efficiency by increasing their knowledge in all technical elements of a seed industry

  •   How the participants has used their new´ knowledge about agro biotechnology-challenges, in solving problems and finding ways forward

  •   To assess how participants’ has found, used and drawn conclusions from sources of information and expertise related to food security and modern plant breeding and seed technology

  •   Followed up on the participants’ processes of change in their home environments within the above mentioned fields and how they have enhanced their project management and communication skills
